EXPECT MORE! If you expect and want more from your Village, then I respectfully ask for your vote as your next Mayor.

Applying my executive leadership experience, I will enhance our Village by applying traditional business discipline to a small (local) government entity. The team efforts and results will be visible.

As I’ve said, I will always only tell you the truth, explain what my agenda and expectations are, and timely deliver on my promises. My role and function as Mayor should be merging efficient processes and discipline with the extraordinary City Administration that we currently have, while respecting our traditions. We will work together with City Council to achieve team success for you.

Further, I will encourage more of our business residents and leaders to get involved within Piney Point by opening opportunities, rather than maintaining the status quo – Piney Point belongs to you, not career Village politicians. Let’s deliver Piney Point to new heights! To do so, I need your vote!

Practical Beautification – more than just planting, including cleaning up overgrown city easements; quickly repairing potholes; repainting faded crosswalk and street lines; replace signage in disrepair; and enhance walkway lighting.

Streamline Administration – overhaul antiquated building/remodeling permitting process by automating with software; initiate regular “Mayor’s Update”; emulate a “Concierge Community”; simplify accessing resources for senior residents.

Safety Above All – continue providing Village Police and Fire Departments with resources necessary to maximize their effectiveness. In Piney Point, we back our Police and Fire.

Enhance Residents’ Experiences – Rebuild relationships with St. Francis and Kinkaid; partner with schools and churches to increase family experiences with children and grandchildren. Piney Point should feel more like a “Village community.”
